As an Aspray franchisee, no two days are the same as you handle a variety of claims caused by fire, flood, impact, storm or, most commonly, water damage. You main role will include:
- Meeting with the policyholder at the risk property and, once instructed, assessing the damage and producing a scope of works for the insurer
- Negotiating with the insurance company or their representative to ensure a fair settlement is agreed
- Project manage the reinstatement works using vetted contractors
