In this post I will be sharing 6 ways of improving your virtual space.
1. Update your about text
Your company is always changing. Your services or products will evolve over time. So make sure that your about text is still relevant. Do you have any news or achievements you would like to share with you visitors? You can share any relevant information you would like to your visitors. Consider the length of your about section though. As if it is too long, visitors may move onto another stand before exploring other content areas on your page. If too short, you may not convey the service or product that you offer clearly enough.
2. Video content
Video content has become very popular. Visitors prefer watching videos online than reading heavy blocks of text. You need to grab the attention of your audience right away and video content is a great way to do this.
You can share an introduction video to allow your visitors to get to know your team and the message behind your brand. Or you can opt for explainer videos to share information on your products or services. There are many ways you can use video to optimise your space. You can have up to 10 videos on your stand, but remember, visitors value their time. So we recommend only having a few of your most influential videos for them to watch.
3. Showcase your brand, service or product
Images are a great tool to explain your product or service to your visitors. Using imagery to show what makes your business unique. You can tell a story and convey a message with selected photos that capture your brand. That is why it can be so difficult to select the right images for your virtual space.
You can have up to 16 images on your stand, but with one image being shown at a time, be sure to only share the most persuasive. The first image should really grab the users attention and encourage them to move on to the next image and find out more.
4. Share your docs
From slide decks to news articles. You can share documents that you believe would be useful to your visitors. Really think about your target audience and what information that are going to want to know about your business. You can upload up to 10 docs here, but be sure to share the most important and useful documentation for your visitors.
5. Testimonials
Reviews are an essential part of any business. They help potential customers decide whether or not to buy your product. Prospective clients are likely to trust you solely based on positive reviews. You may only be able to share 3 testimonials on the virtual space, but we feel 3 excellent testimonials from clients recommending your services enough to encourage visitors to get in touch with you.
6. Share some industry news or advice
From blogs to seminars, we encourage all of our community members to share posts regularly. We can only share industry related content, (not product/service specific) but this news or advice will help you to grow your brand awareness.
